  3. Issues; are you experiencing problems?

  5. Supplier satisfaction
  6. Spend versus contract/budget; are you getting value for money?
  7. Performance in projects
  8. Innovation
  9. Mutual benefits
  10. Compliance with contract obligations

That’s a lot to measure and report on.  But if you don’t have this information then, at best, you are only managing part of the relationship with a key supplier.

Invest time and effort in getting your measuring and reporting right with your key suppliers and you’ll be well on your way to successful supplier management.
